At Signature Homes by J.T. Maloney, our customers get both the experience of a national builder and the personal attention of a family owned custom builder. Our flexibility and enthusiasm while building your home is evident throughout the process. Because we hand frame your new home the quality old fashioned way, we are able to make changes that allow you to personalize your home to fit your individual needs. Most production builders in our area use prefabricated building systems, which make these changes difficult or impossible to do. Signature Homes builds luxury custom homes with personalized service and a “hands on” approach, and we are willing and able to customize your home to meet your wildest dreams. We are a rapidly growing company currently building homes throughout the Lehigh Valley and Bucks County. At the center of Signature Homes by J.T. Maloney is Tom Maloney. Starting out as a carpenter for a small builder, Tom Maloney’s craftsmanship and skills were quickly noticed by the well known national home builder Toll Brothers. Tom spent ten years with that company becoming vice-president of many of the communities developed by Toll Brothers. This experience carried Tom further in the business making him a valuable asset to another nationally recognized builder Realen Homes where, he became the president of Realen Custom.
Today, Tom Maloney uses the skills he acquired in thirty years in the building industry to build high quality luxury homes at affordable prices. Tom’s vast array of experience and talent helps him customize each home to fit the buyer’s needs. ” We are a production builder, but readily willing, eager, and capable of customizing anything to meet a buyers wildest fantasy,” says Tom. “We are continually focused, not at doing more but doing it better. You have to believe in yourself and set your standards high, and you must be unwilling to compromise your principles. And if you apply that to your business you are bound to succeed — not only in business, but also in life.”
