Xan and I wanted to write a letter to express how pleased we are with our new home as well as the entire home buying process. This is our first new build home and there was certainly some anxiety at the beginning. Over the years we have heard numerous “horror stories” from friends with other builders about such things as completion timelines, disagreements, and poor workmanship. Also, we had concerns about the additional considerations when building a new home vice purchasing a pre-existing home. From the very beginning back in January when I walked into your model home, you and your team made the home building process enjoyable. We certainly had many questions along the way and you were always extremely accessable and patient. Additionally, we appreciated all of your recommendations and flexibility along the way. As the house was being constructed, Xan and I continuously thought of additional changes or ideas. I realize this could certainly be challenging for the builder. Whenever possible you were absolutely willing to accommodate these changes and/or provide helpful suggestions on how we perhaps might want to modify them to better fit our needs. All of these efforts resulted in a customized home that is the perfect fit for our family. In this day and age, it is not easy to build trust. Especially when it comes to the largest purchase that most of us will ever make. You built our trust and never steered us wrong. It is hard to believe we have now been in our new home for over two months. We truly couldn’t be happier and without question would do it again!
