John and I would like to formally thank you for the magnificent job you did in selecting the lot, as well as designing and constructing our new home. We are absolutely thrilled with our home and will never forget your dedication, devotion and commitment to quality while building it. When we first met with you to discuss building a house some months ago, you welcomed us into your own home and assured us that it would be an exciting and pleasurable experience. Thanks to you and everyone at Signature Homes it was that and more. The patients, responsiveness and caring you displayed to us in the building of our home was unparalleled in our experience with other builders and contractors and further underscores Signature Homes’ commitment to quality and satisfaction. Unfortunately, it is all too often that we hear of people who have not had a positive experience in building a new home. Tom, it was apparent from the first day through completion that you couldn’t have cared anymore if you were building the house for your own family. Your attention to detail and relentless pursuit of quality is “Getting it done right the first time” was evident throughout the process and extends to all of your employees, associates and subcontractors. We would also like to thank you for all the guidance and suggestions you provided during the design and construction phases which of added greatly to the comfort, efficiency and “livability” of our home. Your many years of experience in satisfying homeowners were quite evident in your effective and invaluable suggestions. We also appreciate your attention and patients and listening to and incorporating our design ideas, as well as the caring and diplomatic manner in which you discouraged some of our not so good ideas. Major changes such as the extended family room, finished walk–out basement, Extended closet and the fireplace in the breakfast room, coupled with the two numerous to mention minor ideas and changes have contributed tremendously to making this, our first newly constructed home a true “dream house” for us. We cannot thank you enough. Please extend a special note of thanks to your lovely wife Mary Anne and family for “lending” you to us this summer so that our house would be completed before the start of school. When construction began just after Memorial Day, we were not sure that it would be possible to be moved in by Labor Day; however, in your inimitable style of “under promise and over deliver”, the house was completed and ready prior for Labor Day weekend. We appreciate the countless early mornings, late nights and shortened weekends that it took to accommodate our wishes. Please know that you and your family are always welcome at our home for a visit, or if you want to take prospective buyers from any of your communities through one of your completed homes, you’re always welcome to use ours.
