Joann and I would like to personally thank Signature Homes for taking us through the excursion of building our new home. As we began our project, everything that we desired was made a reality as we consulted directly with Tom Maloney to get all the details “just right”. The personal attention that we received from the entire Signature Homes Team and the contractors involved, made the home building process an easy one to undertake. The timetable for completion was challenging and the cooperation that we received from everyone was also exceptional.
We can remember multiple times reviewing the lot location, the house plans, and the custom design directly with Tom as he suggested various changes to improve the overall layout and design of our home. The final results of our custom designed home are precisely what we wanted for our family including the extras for our daughter’s bedroom, the in-law suite, and the “Majestic Shower” in the master bath.
We are very thankful that you took the time to personally be involved to meet our needs, which made the process a pleasing experience. The workmanship in our home is detailed and of good quality. As we settle into our new home, your team has been right there for us with any questions or issues that we have had. We are now proud owners of a custom Signature Homes house, and we are very happy with our decision to select Tom and his team as our builders.
