Jim and I have been in our new home at The Ridings for approximately 3 months now and we thought it was important that we reflect on our building experience with you. We spent the last 10 years thinking about our “forever home”. We have looked at many homes and we met with several builders over the past years, but nothing seemed to fit. Then we met you.
From our first meeting with you, both Jim and I were certain that you were the builder for us. You spent so much time with us, answering all of our questions, and ultimately assisting us in designing the home that was perfect for our family. Your suggestions were spot on and it was clear that you were thinking about the big picture. For example, the windows on the side of the house which you recommended were 100% right on and we would have not been able to enjoy the spectacular view of all the fall leaves without them!
Our home building process was made easier knowing that you were 100% involved. Your emails and picture updates when we were on vacation we’re both unexpected and a testimony to the type of builder that you pride yourself and being. Throughout the building process, we had very few concerns or questions. However, when we did, they were answered and addressed promptly. We were very pleased with how smooth and seamless our building process was. That is a sign of a great builder!
