Over the past several weeks I’ve had the pleasurable experience at watching you work the multiple trades concisely and precisely through our property. I naturally from my personal assurance, asked each and every tradesmen what they were doing, and if they had ever work for or around you before. I was given one unanimous consensus. That consensus was that you knew what you wanted and that they were going to deliver exactly to your specifications and expectations. You combined with your willingness to “make everything right” have made for a good relationship that I’ve enjoyed. If I had the time and additional funds, I would certainly look for a partner like you in my own line of work. Again Tom, we appreciated your guidance and experience throughout the building process. Dee and I felt like we gained a new friend. We will always remember working with you.
