Dear Tom, Tim, Kristin, Bob and the entire team at Signature Homes by J.T. Maloney,
I wanted to take the time to thank everyone for our beautiful custom home. There is not a day I wake up that I am not truly mesmerized and blessed to have had your team of professionals build our dream home.
To anyone considering using Signature Homes, our journey began six months and two builders before we walked into the model home at the Ridings at Saucon Creek. Mike and I both had that “ah-ha moment” as soon as we walked into the model. It was a refreshing moment when we heard that crown molding and wainscoting were a standard feature. These “must have” items were not included with other builders. When we had our first meeting with Tom, I knew we found someone who truly cared about creating quality and who was a man of high integrity. He gave us a tour of his own home along with his personal cell phone so we can reach him when needed. Bob, thank you for your countless hours of answering my many questions and changes. Your ability to negotiate with vendors to give us fair prices was appreciated and admired. Tom, thank you for personally attending meetings with Laslo Custom Cabinetry, the kitchen, laundry and master bathroom are everything I envisioned and more. I appreciate everyone thinking outside the box on our project.
Our home is always open to anyone that is considering Signature Homes by J.T Maloney as their builder. This incredible team’s creativity and craftsmanship is something that Mike and I will be forever grateful for. It was a pleasure to work with all of you from start to end. Definitely a five star builder with an incredible heart that we love like family.
