Tom,
We’ve been our new home at the Villas for three months and I want you to know we still talk about how well our unit is constructed. This is the eighth home we have owned and the attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship are as good as it gets. In addition, the insulation and tightness of construction is excellent. On hot days in August and early Sept. our unit stalled cool most of the day. Now that we have experienced some “chilly” nights our unit’s temp isn’t dramatically dropping overnight. In closing I must tell you how much we enjoy the “huge” kitchen and master suite, and especially the shower…it is awesome!
